We call them Mojarras. The problem with Mojarras is that they also call about a dozen other fish "Mojarras" Laughing

Pico de Gallo is roughly translated to Roosters Beak. Pico de Gallo is also a dish made with tomato, celery, onion, lime juice, etc.

In Vietnam, Red Devil is called "HỒNG DIỆN" (means RED FACE) or "HỒNG MỸ NHÂN" (means RED BEAUTY). They are chinese-vietnamese names that not many people know nowaday. They don't have to because the market is full of flowerhorn and Red Devil is almost disappeared, if people see one, they simply call it "kind of flowerhorn". About Midas, as far as I know there is no place in Saigon selling it. My frienfd will bring me some next month from Jeff Rapps in US. So, I am sure there is one Vietnamese call Midas MIDAS Very Happy
