In my opinion 210L (55 US g) is too small for those fish! It's okay if they're young and small (upto 15cm), but they grow very fast and in a short time you must buy a new aquarium for them. More than 500 liters(132 US g) is needed. As we know fish won't grow in too little space as big as they normally do. You might know that 40cm Managuense is normal sized fish. Smile It's absolytely torturing if you want to keep them in too little space, where they aren't able to grow in their normal size.

What if you bought a new aquarium for those? It would be about 160cm long, 60-70cm wide and 60cm high...

any fish can grow to full length in most bigger tanks, it is about the proper diet and water quality so if you feed your fish properly and have good water quality it is most likely to grow big. good luck with him.

BTW I know im new but have alot of experience with most cichlids and fish. Wink
