My biggest cichlid ever was my 1 year old German Blue Ram...he was about 2-1/2 - 3" tops. Laughing

my biggest fish was a RD......it was about 9 inches and just starting to be aggressive to whoever that walks by but i had to take him to trade in at the petstore because he wont eat and looks like fungus was forming on his nuchal hump =D

i had a jag male which was 11 inches but i sold him ,but now i have another male 10 inches and still growing

My present RD is 10 inches (25 cm)/ 1.5 year old. The other that I gave to my friend is 12 inches (30 cm)/ 2 years old. (You see their pictures some where in this forum).

he does look nice but I think you are kinda exagerating alittle. I thought they only got that big in the wild but if I can see a bigger and full body shot I will reconsider.

BTW I have a 2 year old Female Oscar thats about 12" long.
