Hello,

I just got this guy about 4 days ago, these are pics of it when it was in my 120 gal, I just moved him to the 57 with my carpintis escondido. Those are the only two fish who can't seem to get along with everybody else, ha ha... This is my first flowerhorn so i'm still kinda of a rookie when it comes to fh's. Tell me what ya think about him!

In between 4-5", thanks for the comment Very Happy

I've had him for around a week or so, i'm pretty happy with him. One thing I have noticed though is that it is very territorial and I mean very, he attacks with intent to do harm. My other fish just warn each other not to get to close, but this guy goes full out and tries to kill. My carpintis escondido is doing a pretty good job holding his own and by this I mean incorporating the dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge practice. Very Happy

I have no idea how old he is, I don't think the conditions he was in before I got him were optimal so I'm gonna see how he turns out within the next month or so with my water conditions. I think I'm gonna see better things from him within the next few months. Considering he showed signs of ick hours after I got him (none visible upon purchase) and is a little skinny, he has tons of room for improvement.
