<  Amphilophus (like Midas and Trimac) Talk  ~  hump loss

i bough i new fish two days ago and it had a big hump and it losted it will it come back iam guessing it ws just the stress of new tank and travle thanks

Yup, stress will do that. After it gets use to the tank the hump will come back

yea the hump will grow again when i caught my midas and throw him to other thank his hump also disapeared but after a week he had new bigger hump Very Happy i think the losing of hump is provoted by the srtess and remember that he never would had big hump i he won't be the dominate fish

thanks guys thats what i though. i also have a question how big do midas red devil mixes take to form a hump if any? inches wise

it could start as easrly as 3"
