Hi...this is a nice site

I just want to tell everyone that this is one of the best fish ever,
i had a very powerful male and he breed at the same time with 2 females,
i mean one day he was in one side of the tank with a female and after 3 days with the other one....i had a lot of species in that tank (150 gal) not too much...

Anyway i had to donate all the fish to a store because my tank is small...right know i keep some of the little ones (around 60) they all became yellow and from 3 to 6 cm. Right now they are not fighting,if you give them the space they dont fight..

Pretty Soon Im going to build a 1000 gal tank for all this fish....and lets see
what happend

The water of the 1000 gal tank is going to be allways clean...all the filter is going to be designed by a biologist......anyway

With the water clean
┬┐How many midas at full size do you think im going to be able to keep?
the size of the tank (320 cm long x 120cm x 100cm high)

Hi, and thank you for the compliments Very Happy

Personally, if I were to keep only Midas', I would keep about ten, you can keep more but what for?

What I would have would be some Amphilophus(RD MIdas, Trimac, Festae) Some big Panaque's and if conditions permit, a knife.

That or a more elaborate cichlid community.

Its very difficult to find people who really care about this fish....i mean i dont want to give some of them away and die in the next day, not every people have a 100 gal, for me its a crime to put a single cichlid on a tank less than 100 gal....thats why they became aggressive...

It really depends on the filtration and territorial space
